Although she has fallen in love with Max, Marla breaks it off and returns to the city. A terrible suspision begins to dawn on Marla: Could "Nora" be her mother, who vanished twenty years ago? Was it really an accident? Marla returns to Könissee to try and solve the puzzle, against the open enmity of the locals and Max' evasions. Starring Yvonne Catterfeld, perhaps the top young star in Germany at the moment, famed as a pop singer with multiple Gold albums.
